Loan Officer - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Originate loans and conduct daily analysis of loan portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to achieve loan volume targets.
  • Facilitate the loan process for borrowers from initial contact through to closing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage in proactive business development activities, including travel within your designated territory.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly loan production objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and efficient.
  • Strong self-motivation and discipline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgage servicing is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Familiarity with real estate practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Cold calling experience is advantageous.
