Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned ServiceNow Client Director to become a vital part of our innovative digital transformation team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while reporting directly to our Sales Leadership team. You will be empowered to make independent decisions on critical matters, contributing significantly to the expansion of our ServiceNow practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients to comprehend their long-term IT and business objectives, aligning them with bespoke ServiceNow solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by generating new business sales and seizing opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects and current clients to formulate actionable sales plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at fostering revenue acceleration.
  • Consistently meet and surpass established sales quotas.
  • Maintain robust partnerships with ServiceNow Account Executives and strategic associates.
  • Collaborate in drafting proposals, ensuring alignment with project goals and client success.
  • Provide comprehensive briefings and handovers to ensure seamless transitions to our delivery teams.
  • Share industry insights and expertise to bolster sales and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in selling ServiceNow professional services and/or solutions.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales; familiarity with ValueSelling principles is advantageous.
  • Documented success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and key performance metrics.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at executing against tight deadlines while managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
  • Effective pipeline management skills with a history of fostering successful client relationships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and presenting to C-level executives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales role specifically focused on ServiceNow solutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
