Key Responsibilities

• Administer and sustain MSSQL databases to guarantee high availability, robust performance, and stringent security.
• Execute database backup, restoration, and disaster recovery tasks.
• Monitor database systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze and refine SQL queries to boost database efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate performance obstacles while applying best practices in query tuning.
• Manage and deploy databases on AWS RDS and other cloud services.
• Collaborate with development teams to fulfill database requirements and resolve issues.
• Address challenges within existing code bases and optimize T-SQL code to enhance performance.
• Utilize your advanced knowledge of SQL Server, SSMS, and T-SQL in your daily responsibilities.

• Experience with AWS RDS and other cloud-based database solutions is essential.
• Microsoft SQL Server certification or other relevant credentials are advantageous.
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms or database technologies is a valuable asset.
