Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Managing Director of Field Product Development within our sales management team. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the introduction and execution of revenue-enhancing products within our existing business architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and implementation of products, collaborating directly with investment revenue support teams.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan aimed at accelerating growth in advisory services, asset allocation, and investment management products for current clients.
  • Define product adoption strategies that maximize consumer impact, while measuring and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Guide a diverse team in translating strategic objectives into actionable tactics and mobilizing resources to meet critical goals.
  • Collaborate with strategic relations to form effective deployment strategies and partner with the Marketing team to elevate the value proposition of our product suite.
  • Provide continuous feedback to internal teams to foster improvements in our overall offering.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior leadership to build consensus across all segments, driving a mission centered on making financial security attainable for all.

  • Proven capability to present to senior leadership, investment committees, and governance bodies.
  • Results-driven with a solid track record of influencing product adoption among various stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and team cohesion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant business experience, including leadership roles and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Ability to achieve necessary licenses, including successful registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent) within 5 months of employment.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(153,000 - \)207,000 per year, with actual compensation determined by location, experience, education, and other factors.
