Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum and meet industry standards.
• Demonstrate and oversee practical techniques in both classroom and salon environments.
• Offer personalized support to students, catering to their individual needs and challenges.
• Evaluate student performance through practical assessments, written assignments, and diverse evaluation methods.
• Maintain comprehensive records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure the curriculum remains current.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student achievement and personal development.
