Job Overview

We are actively seeking seasoned Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Instructors with a fervent commitment to advancing the field of security training. This pivotal role requires your expertise in developing and refining training content that aligns with the constantly changing security landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical insights in both structured classroom settings and virtual learning environments, focusing on security disciplines relevant to your expertise.
• Collaborate effectively with program leads, management, and technical personnel to conceptualize, create, and execute training and certification initiatives, curricula, and educational products.
• Engage in the development of diverse training formats including eLearning modules, Virtual Instructor-led training, and performance support resources.
  
  

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge and experience in cyber security policies and practices.
• Exceptional communication and instructional capabilities to facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Ability to adapt content and delivery to suit various educational environments.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.
• At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in security program implementation and operation, or five (5) years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Possession of DODM 8570.01 IAM Level III certification is required.
