How can you make an impact?

The primary purpose of the Financial Analyst is to provide management with consolidated reporting for actuals, forecasts and budgets. This position is also responsible for numerous Corporate Finance analyses, supporting Investor Relations, and editing financial materials going to the senior leaders.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages to include management reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive explanations of variances
  • Provide financial support with the development of long-term strategic plans. This includes P&L (EBITDA and Net Income views), balance sheet, cash flow, key metrics and ad hoc analysis as required
  • Provide insight into financial and operational trends versus budget and prior year for business units and corporate departments utilizing various system resources (TM1, Tableau, etc.) for reporting
  • Work as a business partner to provide financial support for business units and Corporate Departments

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelors Degree - accounting, finance, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields
  • must have skills and experience in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for conducting analysis and building financial plans.
  • High degree of problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analytics required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Knowledge of TM1, Tableau, Think-Cell or similar software is a plus

The pay range for this position is between $55,000 - $98,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
