Job Title: Remote Bilingual Live Operations Specialist

Location: Work from Home

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from \(19 to \)21 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with delivery drivers, providing clear instructions and setting expectations.
  • Address driver inquiries and challenges with empathy and urgency, delivering timely solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to implement efficient workflows that meet outstanding service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze operational trends to propose enhancements for process improvement.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our products, systems, and operational tools.
  • Collaborate with a team focused on maintaining superior service quality.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate unpredictable situations.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and other G-Suite applications.
  • Excellent formal and informal communication skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
