Configuration Engineer (English Speaking) at Integritas Solutions

Location: Must be Located in Brazil - 100% Remote

Type: Full Time Hours, M-F, Contract

General Description:

We are searching for a Configuration Engineer, preferably with Financial experience. The software is a highly customizable product on multiple platforms that are configured and engineered differently for each customer. Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting.

Must be able to effectively and clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and direct the configuration duties
• Develop and perform quality assurance check points within your team to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Problem-solve routine to complex issues
• Create and implement tools that increase quality, security and productivity
• Experience with container deployments and automation tools like Jenkins
• Comfortable talking to clients while completing tasks, such as creating end points, deployments from one company to another while they are talking and troubleshooting issues and configuring web the web service on the back end
• Execute existing proprietary scripts and automation to transform legacy services and configurations to more modern deployments

To be Successful, you must have:

• 3+ years of related work experience as a Configuration or Implementation Engineer
• MS SQL Server Management Studio: NOT a DBA role, just to Understand DB Design, configuration, querying, and installation
• Network troubleshooting skills required with packet analysis valued
• Nice to have: Experience deploying with NOMAD and Vault
• Strong JSON/YAML/XML skills
• Experience navigating Salesforce to review cases, provide status updates, etc. is preferred; this skill can be learned on the job
• Use of IDE such as VSCode for terminal script execution and file manipulation
• Understanding of Artifactory for file storage system
• Configuration and deployment experience with Web Services, TLS, SAML 2.0
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment with Jenkins
• Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills for problem-solving
• Background using Jira + Confluence and code repository software (GitHub, Bitbucket)
• Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment
• Background working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams

• Experience navigating and/or designing Grafana reporting dashboards
• Familiarity with testing in iOS and Android mobile platforms
