We are a technology company founded in 2016 that provides a one-stop platform for brands to support production, e-commerce construction, marketing, and logistics in 13 markets and 17 locations around the world. Our mission is to "make every business borderless", and are pushing to further remove the borders between online and offline, geographical boundaries and industries through the power of data and technology. From manufacturing and e-commerce, to CRM, marketing and logistics, we develop 8 different products, supporting end to end supply chain processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop a brand new product that allows users to cross-sectionally analyze data by integrating all of our products.

Job Description

D2C/EC/マーケティング領域で急成長を続ける当社にて、クライアントの抱えるビジネス課題に対するAI技術を用いた課題解決の提案・実行支援や、ナショナルクライアントやプライベートブランドなど幅広いブランドのグロース支援業務を行っていただきます。AI・DX支援に加え、ディスプレイやリスティングなどのデジタル広告によるECサイトへの集客、PR、SNS運用、インフルエンサー施策など様々な手段提供が可能なため、柔軟な発想でブランドグロースというゴールを目指していただけます。

業務内容

• マーケティング戦略の策定と運用：クライアントの製品のマーケティング戦略を構築
• 顧客インサイトの分析、製品の価値、競合分析、訴求方法など、幅広くプランニング
• 要望に応じたマーケティング施策の実行及び売上向上のためのプランニング
• AI・DX支援：あらゆるデータやシステムの統合、より使いやすく売上につながる効果的なアーキテクチャの実現
• ITやシステム、AI、データだけではなく、UIUX、マーケティングまで幅広く知識を活用
• サイト構築：ECサイトの要件定義からデザイン、開発、保守運用まで対応

  At our rapidly growing company in the D2C, e-commerce, and marketing sectors, you will propose and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions for clients' business challenges. You will also assist in the growth of a wide range of brands, including national clients and private brands. In addition to AI and digital transformation (DX) support, we offer various means such as digital advertising (display and listing), PR, SNS management, and influencer initiatives, allowing you to flexibly aim for brand growth.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Development and Management of Marketing Strategies: Build marketing strategies for clients' products.
  • Analysis of Customer Insights: Conduct wide-ranging planning, including product value, competitive analysis, and communication methods.
  • Execution of Marketing Initiatives: Implement marketing measures as requested and plan to increase sales.
  • AI and DX Support: Integrate various data and systems to achieve an effective architecture that enhances usability and drives sales.
  • Utilization of Broad Knowledge: Apply knowledge not only in IT, systems, AI, and data but also in UI/UX and marketing.
  • Site Development: Handle everything from defining requirements for e-commerce sites to design, development, and maintenance.
  • Enhancing E-commerce Sites: Create attractive e-commerce sites as sales venues to support clients' branding efforts.

Conditions / Benefits

Location: Roppongi, Tokyo 

Annual Salary: 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 (negotiable) JPY
