Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse customer inquiries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, along with a genuine desire to help others.
