We’re looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of this cutting-edge solution.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating advanced AI models to enhance our HR services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models for HR tech solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our HR platforms.

• Develop scalable and efficient software components for data processing and analysis.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to apply them effectively.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the AI components.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in AI and machine learning development.

• Strong software development skills, preferably in Python or Java.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
