What You’ll Do in Your New Role:

Culmen International is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (non-supervisory) to support Culmen’s Technology Solutions Division Program Directors in the planning and execution of corporate and program operations.  The division’s mission support encompasses developing scalable and information-assured mission applications and tools and providing SETA services for the Department of Defense and Homeland Security. The division’s technology focus areas include Agile-Scrum Methodology; DevSecOps; Big Data analysis and decision support capabilities; data analytics, visualization, and link analysis; and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).

 

The primary work location is telework with occasional onsite work at Culmen’s corporate office in Alexandria, VA.

 

Roles and responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Support the initiation, monitoring, and management of the division’s programs cost, schedule, and performance requirements by working with the Program Directors and Corporate Support Teams to address contractual, deliverable, invoicing, and funding requirements.
  • Support integrated program control activities to ensure management status information is effectively and efficiently portrayed in a timely manner through monthly program management reviews, performance metrics, presentations, and reports and status updates.
  • Attend scheduled and ad hoc coordination and solutioning meetings to collaborate and provide input and recommendations, and develop courses of action.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education and Experience Requirements are Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of project management experience.
  • U.S. Citizen.
Desired Qualifications:
  • SECRET Clearance
  • Desired experience supporting Federal (e.g. DoD, DHS, HHS, etc.) projects or programs.
  • Desired experience supporting technical and Agile Scrum methodology projects.

 The determination of compensation at Culmen International, LLC is based on various factors such as location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, clearance level, experience, internal equity, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000 annually. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Culmen's total compensation package for employees.
