Job description

Fully- Remote
Location:UK,US,Europe
Salary: £110,000/$160,000/€130,000

At Threecolts, we’re more than a software company — we’re empowering marketplace entrepreneurs and global brands to succeed. Our mission is to reshape the e-commerce landscape by acquiring, launching, and scaling innovative solutions designed specifically for Amazon and Walmart sellers. With strong financial backing and a clear, ambitious growth strategy, we're entering a pivotal phase of rapid expansion.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical product areas, with a sharp focus on growth and scalability. You’ll be the thought leader responsible for solving complex challenges, driving growth, and shaping the future of Threecolts’ product offerings. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, wearing multiple hats, and working at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing. You will collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams, as well as external stakeholders, to launch and scale innovative products that meet the evolving needs of e-commerce businesses.

This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker with deep product management experience, a passion for building growth-focused software, and a proven ability to execute in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You’ll have significant autonomy to define the product direction and growth strategy, while being part of a highly collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and articulate a compelling long-term vision for growth and your product area that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, customer needs, and market dynamics to identify key opportunities.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap with a growth-first mindset, balancing short-term growth initiatives with long-term strategic goals. Prioritize ruthlessly to ensure alignment with business objectives and evolving customer needs.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales) to execute on your growth vision. Serve as the product champion throughout the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and scaling.
  • Be the voice of the customer within Threecolts. Engage directly with customers, gather insights through data, qualitative research, and feedback, and translate those insights into growth-focused product features that drive measurable business value.
  • Leverage data to understand product performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Use this data to inform growth strategies and build KPIs and OKRs that drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and implement new ways to drive product-led growth, marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition strategies. Thrive on bringing structure to ambiguity and pushing the boundaries to deliver exceptional value.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that ensure successful adoption and drive growth. Create and execute growth experiments to test and validate product hypotheses.
  • Influence and align senior leaders and key stakeholders across the company, ensuring transparency and buy-in on product and growth strategies.
  • Manage product and feature launches with precision, ensuring cross-team alignment and smooth releases that drive growth. Continuously iterate and optimize based on performance data and customer feedback.

  • Key Skills :
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a senior or principal-level role, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven track record in driving growth through product innovation, marketing, and data-driven decisions. Experience wearing multiple hats across product, marketing, and growth functions.
  • Deep experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in building growth-focused software solutions for online businesses.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growth. Experience with A/B testing, metrics analysis, and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Resourceful, independent operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You excel when there’s no playbook and can quickly pivot to meet new challenges.
  • Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating customer-centric solutions that drive both value and growth. Proven ability to turn insights into impactful product enhancements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. You’re persuasive, can rally teams around a shared growth vision, and thrive on collaboration while valuing diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re highly skilled at presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing executive-level decisions.
  • A bias for action and comfort in ambiguity. You love taking on complex challenges and delivering simple, scalable solutions that drive growth and make a real impact.

  • Our global team of over 300 experts, spanning 40 countries, thrives on collaboration, diversity, and a shared pursuit of excellence. Together, we're not just building tools — we’re driving the future of e-commerce.
