You know all the hot Shopify (and other leading DTC platforms) and Enterprise growth Brands and their execs building great businesses.  You have sold tech into these Execs and their teams that have unlocked new revenue growth.  A cherry on top is you have sold product value that has impacted checkout and the movement of goods, globally.

Your DNA is solution/partner-oriented selling and you love being a player / coach.  You want to get your hands dirty and build!  You want to join and build a rocketship, love eCommerce and are an active online shopper/consumer yourself!  You believe the world is fundamentally a better place because it is interconnected – and global commerce/trade is an essential part of driving global interconnectivity.
You have experience working closely with product (and mechanizing customer feedback into the product teams) and building sales teams that are merchant obsessed and hungry for best-in-class checkout and logistics experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert – know eCommerce + logistics, how it works, who else is trying to win, better than anyone (or learn fast)
  • Double revenue – opportunity is not our challenge – but hyper-targeting best merchants and rigorous prioritization of the best opportunities is how you sell
  • Build direct sales team – we need to scale out revenue with best in class sellers that know eCommerce (and logistics) inside and out
  • Build deep bridges between the market and our product team
  • Help optimize Salesforce for our selling process
Required Qualifications:  
  • 7-10 years of direct selling experience into growth and Enterprise Brands
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS that solves complex value chain
  • Experience building and scaling teams from 0-a lot of scale
  • Ability to travel as needed to merchants – we are a strategic sale and have found IRL drives faster/better alignment and conversion
  • BA/BS; MBA nice to have
Bonus:
