As the Director of Fleet Sales, you will helm our fleet sales initiatives, spearheading efforts to foster sustainable sales growth and strengthen our market presence across North America. This fully remote position offers you the opportunity to work from your preferred location while driving impactful change in the electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a robust fleet sales strategy aimed at increasing sales and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights regarding competitive positioning, pricing, and product offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within client organizations and OEM corporate fleet sales representatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify potential business partnerships and act as the primary liaison between the company and end-users.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Leverage your network and proactive outreach techniques to enhance fleet relationships.
  • Engage in negotiations to secure business deals and establish new fleet partnerships.
  • Manage the CRM system diligently, ensuring all leads and relevant sales activities are accurately documented.
  • Contribute to industry events and conventions to elevate brand visibility and facilitate fleet account acquisitions.
