In EMEA Sales you’ll be part of a collaborative, diverse and dynamic team located across our European offices, with great exposure to company’s initiatives and external / internal stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Achieve annual sales goals established by the company in the assigned territory through strategic planning and tactical implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrate effective value selling skills and Hardware/Software understanding to uncover customer needs and position an appropriate solution.
  • Engage customers via phone and email by providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling, and minimizing discounting where possible.
  • Coordinate multiple sales opportunities and account management activities in SFDC.
  • Engage in deal making with large accounts together with Field Sales managers.
  • Account Management on important dealers in your region
  • Prepare and present a weekly funnel review, using SFDC to apply funnel management to demonstrate the quality of the funnel and show activity plans.
  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Provide “Voice of Sales” (customer input) in corporate programs including market research and Kaizen events.
  • Proactively partner and communicate with lead generation, software inside sales, field sales, and admin teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly close business opportunities.

General Requirements:

  • High degree of motivation, goal driven, self-starter.
  • Advanced level of English and native German.
  • Comfortable in an international and fast paced environment, with a result driven approach
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases (SalesForce.com).
  • Customers are your number one priority, and you can always keep a positive attitude, work will be fun!
