Job Overview

Join our innovative CRM Marketing team as a CRM Data Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in establishing and upholding quality assurance protocols for our internal customer data platform. Your advanced knowledge will facilitate seamless integrations with both internal and external services, significantly enhancing the integrity and reliability of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our customer data platform, contributing to a superior user experience.
  • Manage the integration of data between our internal data platform and external services, including overseeing data pipelines and ensuring compatibility across various data sources.
  • Leverage your expertise with cloud databases and API integration, utilizing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (Redshift, S3, Lambda) and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).
  • Employ your proficiency in Python and SQL to facilitate data integration, oversee data workflows, and improve the quality and efficiency of our data systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the internal customer data platform, adapting to the evolving business landscape and technological innovations.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve data-related challenges by troubleshooting and debugging, implementing solutions to bolster system stability.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for quality assurance processes, data integration workflows, and system modifications while providing updates on system performance and data quality.
  • Engage closely with developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to gather insights, understand requirements, and ensure alignment of data solutions with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies, recommending and executing enhancements to data management practices and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, CRM systems, or akin roles, with a strong focus on quality assurance processes and data integration.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages for data manipulation and integration.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platforms.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and data management tools, including Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
