What you'll be doing

The Digital Campaign Strategist will be a key team member in advancing Baxter's digital marketing capabilities across the enterprise, helping to drive business growth and customer engagement through expert campaign management and consultation. This role will collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to optimize our digital marketing activities, analyzing results and implementing new strategies to continually drive toward better digital performance.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams across Baxter to develop and implement product-focused digital programs and tactics, including paid media campaigns, email marketing, paid and organic search, landing pages, online events, and tracking and reporting.
  • Meet regularly with marketing partners to gain a deep understanding of the target audience, goals and critical metrics for each campaign, bringing digital campaign knowledge and expertise to help strategically steer the campaign toward success.
  • Analyze campaign pacing and attend weekly agency campaign meetings to provide insights into any pivots and/or changes that may need to be done once the campaign is in-flight and track results for future enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize hand-offs between marketing and sales, and work with the digital strategy team to support new capabilities such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer journey orchestration, resulting in improved conversion rates and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Support the growth and development of marketers globally by facilitating training, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration, enabling them to stay updated on the latest trends and standard methodologies in digital marketing.
  • Support the strategic development and execution of brand-level campaigns focusing on brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data analytics, marketing, web, creative, brand, inside sales/lead qualification, IT and other key team members across the organization to set the standard for digital marketing at Baxter and drive the advancement of our practices and capabilities at an enterprise level.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related subject area
  • 3+ years experience in strategic digital marketing using multiple channels and tactics
  • Experience with digital campaign strategy and management
  • Experience using analytics and reporting to drive optimizations and set benchmarks
  • Knowledgeable on various digital advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Search, etc.)
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Acoustic or similar)
  • Experienced CRM user comfortable running reports (Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with standard methodologies for lead qualification and nurturing preferred.
  • Account based marketing experience and/or journey orchestration experience is a plus
  • Experience providing consultation on campaigns or providing training to groups highly desirable
  • Innovative and creative problem solver

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
