We’re looking for a People Intern to join our People team

It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). The Role Highlights

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the People team in managing the entire talent acquisition process, including screening candidate profiles and scheduling interviews.
  2. Assist in driving employee engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with the company’s culture and values through events and recognition programs.
  3. Contribute to fostering a strong and vibrant company culture, ensuring it thrives as the company grows.

A Day In Your Life:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Post job openings across various job boards and career platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
  • Conduct intro calls with candidates to assess their fit and interest.
  • Manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and platforms.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have all the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

People Operations:

  • Provide administrative support in maintaining People records and databases.
  • Handle inquiries from talents, directing them to the appropriate People team members.
  • Assist in preparing surveys to measure talent satisfaction and engagement
  • Analyze survey results and help the management team create action plans to improve workplace culture and talent engagement.
  • Evaluate the company's culture to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes for boosting talent satisfaction.
  • Ensure travel arrangements for talents, including booking flights, hotels, and any other necessary reservations.

People Culture Initiatives:

  • Assist in planning and executing fun all-company activities, such as quarterly celebrations, team-building events, and cultural exchanges.
  • Support the coordination of company retreats and help ensure smooth execution of these events.
  • Contribute to initiatives that ensure the company's culture thrives and scales as the organization grows.
  • Assist in organizing recognition programs that celebrate talent achievements and contributions.

Requirements

You’re the People Intern we’re looking for if you have:

  • Must be a Saudi national
  • Background in Human Resources
  • Tech-savvy individual
  • People-oriented person, and not systems and policies-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fun, energetic, and passionate about fostering a vibrant workplace culture
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Must be eligible for Tamheer Program Registration

Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full-time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are looking for graduates that have not been employed during the last six months.
