As a HubSpot Developer you will:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain custom modules, templates, and themes using HubSpot CMS.
  • Build workflows, automation sequences, and custom properties based on business needs.
  • Design custom reports, dashboards, and data structures for sales, marketing, and service processes.
  • Work with HubSpot API to integrate third-party platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and other software systems.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between HubSpot and other systems like Salesforce, Shopify, etc.
  • Continuously improve website performance, lead generation forms, and email templates.
  • Perform HubSpot updates, ensuring the platform is running optimally and meets user requirements.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure HubSpot solutions align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end elements.
  • Identify and resolve HubSpot-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for business operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders for efficient use of HubSpot tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HubSpot CMS development, HubL (HubSpot Markup Language), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Experience with API integration and tools like Zapier, Integromat, or custom-built integrations.
  • Familiarity with server-side languages (Node.js, PHP, etc.) is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of HubSpot’s Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, workflows, custom properties, and email templates.
