Job description


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cruise Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating cruise vacations for our clients, working closely with all major cruise suppliers to secure the best deals and experiences. You will assist clients in selecting the perfect cruise itinerary, booking cabins, arranging transportation to and from ports, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. This is a business opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all major cruise suppliers to secure the best deals and promotions for our clients.
  • Assist clients in selecting the perfect cruise itinerary based on their preferences and budget.
  • Book cabins, coordinate transportation to and from ports, and arrange any additional services requested by clients.
  • Provide personalized service and expert advice to clients, ensuring their cruise experience exceeds expectations.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support before, during, and after their cruise vacation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new cruise destinations, and special promotions to better assist clients and drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions 

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have work authorization in the USA, Mexico, and Australia.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
  • Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
