About the job

We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
  • Help organise and optimise IT team pipelines and workflows.
  • Overseeing team’s backlog, sprints and timetable.
  • Managing tasks and priorities in the team.
  • Managing the team and ensuring smooth internal communication especially with dev teams and back office teams.
  • Solving current issues, looking for new solutions.
  • Taking care of timely task realisation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in gaming industry.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Responsibility, diligence, ability to plan ahead.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a group.

Nice to have:

  • Unreal Engine 5 familiarity.
  • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Good knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
