Job description

  • Provide on-site and remote support to end-users, addressing any AV-related issues or questions.
  • Offer training and guidance to staff on the use of AV systems and equipment, including how to operate various control interfaces and software.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Audio/Video Technician, with hands-on experience using Biamp, Crestron, Cisco, and other AV equipment.

  • Install and configure audio and video equipment, including Biamp DSPs, Crestron control systems, Cisco video conferencing systems, and other related hardware.
  • Ensure proper setup and integration of AV systems to support meetings, presentations, and other events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of AV projects, including system upgrades, new installations, and equipment replacements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
