Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document all interactions accurately in the customer service management system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

Native Danish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of employment.
