Overview:

Care – Customer Service Representative 

Job Summary: A Care Customer Service Representative aids and support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience for various products or services. 

Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries. 
  • Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty.  
  • Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls when necessary.  
  • Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market. 
Qualifications:

What we’re looking for: 

  • Atleast 18 years old and above
  • Ability to work in shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Naga, CamSur
  • At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
  • Advance computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker 
  • Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Salary Php 19,000 to 20,230 Base pay + 2,200 allowance + Performance Incentives + Quarterly Salary Increase*
