Job description

Customer Support Representatives will provide inbound customer account and administrative processing support for a full-service automotive recovery leader, connecting customers, lenders, and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant automotive recoveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer account support, administrative processing support and data entry, and other processing
  • Inbound customer service call handling
  • Data entry and data look up as needed
  • Consistently provide a great customer experience.
  • Administrating over acceptance of assignments from clientS/lenders
  • Utilize client and/or lender databases, if applicable, to execute specific lender requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to work within multiple systems is a must
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high multi-tasking environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous collection, repossession or automotive industry experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Office and Google suite product experience
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 25 wpm

Requirements
