Overview

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals? This role involves providing exceptional financial aid support to learners throughout their journey by offering personalized guidance, answering questions, and helping students make informed decisions about their financial options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learner Support: Deliver a positive experience through personalized interactions via phone, email, chat, and text. Offer empathetic support and guidance to students before, during, and after their program enrollment.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to enhance performance, drive improvements, and ensure a high-quality experience for learners.
  • Training and Development: Engage in initial and ongoing training sessions. Provide feedback to improve processes and contribute to the team's growth.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively assess and address learner needs, helping them navigate financing options and make well-informed decisions.
  • Financial Knowledge: Assist students in understanding their financing plans, including responsible borrowing, repayment processes, and tuition reimbursement options.
  • System Navigation: Utilize various tools and software to optimize learner engagement and support.
  • Adaptability: Embrace new concepts, processes, and systems to continuously improve the learner and team experience.

Work Schedule

  • Regular Hours: Four days a week, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST, and one day a week, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM CST.
  • Saturday Shifts: Occasionally required, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
  • Training Schedule: 4-6 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Pay: $23.08 per hour.
  • Benefits: Includes 401(k) with matching, dental and health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, professional development assistance, and more.

Additional Information

  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required. ADA accommodations are available.
  • Onsite/Remote Work: Must have access to a suitable work environment, whether onsite or remote.
