Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with general scheduled workdays from Monday through Friday.

Position Overview

The role involves delivering high-quality training programs to ensure that employees, customers, and partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed. Required skills include excellent public speaking and presentation abilities, as well as a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and culture. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, supporting sales teams, and extensive travel for on-site training and sales activities.

Responsibilities

Training Development and Delivery

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, agendas, and materials that align with company objectives.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations both in-person and virtually.
  • Ensure that all training content is up-to-date and accurately reflect the company's products, services, and culture.

Public Speaking and Presentation

  • Present training programs to a variety of audiences, including employees, customers, and sales teams.
  • Confidently deliver product and brand training during events, conferences, and client meetings.

Sales Support

  • Partner with the sales team to understand their training needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Assist in product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer presentations, offering training on product features and benefits.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding the effectiveness of training programs.

Content Creation

  • Create and maintain training materials including PowerPoint presentations, guides, manuals, and other supporting documentation.
  • Ensure training materials are user-friendly, professional, and effective in enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.

Travel and On-Site Support

  • Travel to client sites, trade shows, and company events to provide on-site training and sales support.
  • Adapt to different environments and learning styles to deliver effective training in diverse settings.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product innovations.
  • Immerse yourself in the company's products, culture, and brand values to become a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in training, public speaking, or sales support roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • A positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to fully immerse in brand and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work shifts and hours mandated by management and to pass a drug screen.
