Your Daily Tasks

โœ… Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);

โœ… Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;

โœ… Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;

๐ŸŒ Language: Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2)

๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project

๐Ÿ’ป Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
