Key responsabilities:
- Calculate and ensure accuracy of incentive compensation for sales personnel.
- Support sales compensation plan design and distribution of Annual Sales Incentive Plans.
- Perform quarterly compensation payout calculations and adjustments.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and assist with commercial team metrics.
- Prepare documentation and presentations for internal and senior leadership review.
