Location: MAHWAH, NJ, USA

Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $44.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Analyst, Sales Operations for a 12 month + contract.

This position will operate within the Commercial Operations Organization to ensure manageability of the operations planning process at the Regional and Sales Agent levels. The specialist will facilitate the gathering and aggregating of inventory levels, collaborative demand forecasting, demand and supply planning, the development of forecasts and logistical plans, and capital analysis. Commercial Operations Specialists will be responsible for maximizing Field inventory logistics, field utilization and Distributor product availability.

This role must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using qualitative and quantitative skills.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working in small teams on projects, effective communication to teams and other leaders, reviewing and understanding sales/financial data and identifying usage trends in the business line.

A successful candidate must possess and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Act as primary liaison between field sales force and Internal Operations to define inventory needs for new and existing distribution opportunities and work with Sales Managers to Optimize Field Instrument and Implant configurations.

Gather required raw data for forecasting, planning and logistical management of complete inventory needs for assigned region Drive demand generation process for new and existing distribution opportunities and co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory needs for new opportunities are filled in a timely fashion

Develop and distribute inventory scorecards and metrics to track inventory efficiency and performance at revenue center level.

Partner with Regional Sales leaders to create utilization efficiencies, derive trends and assist in getting better ROI for total regional inventory

Measure and report field inventory investment and productivity levels on a monthly basis.

Determine, maintain and monitor max inventory quantities for each territory / inventory location.

Develop and execute plans by product line to realign inventory based on monthly metrics

Determine hospital/Sales Agent Inventory needs based on field inventory productivity at the hospital level and help coordinate execution of hospital consignment and loaner agreements where needed.

Support strategy for Field audit activities to ensure accuracy of consigned inventories and define goals for the team before each audit is performed.

Coordinate product movement within agency/Sales Agent/branch office network.

Assist with inventory loan program.

Coordinates assigned non-routine Field inventory projects.

Assist with day to day logistical activities required to ensure product is available to meet customer demand and maintain operational effectiveness

Appropriately manages slow moving, excess and expired inventory within agency network.

Assist in new product launch plans to maximize sales performance and coordinate the corresponding return of old inventory if applicable

2 years minimum relevant experience required Proficient knowledge of ERP and CRM Systems JD Edwards, Salesforce experience or similar system Proficient in using MS Excel (Power BI preferred) Orthopedic or medical device experience preferred Strong knowledge of hospital inventory policies Ability to interact with different levels of an organization, and to build effective relationships through teamwork Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to define and structure problems to be solved and to communicate complex business analysis and issues in a clear and concise manner Proven ability to manage projects effectively from design through completion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access); JDEdwards/PeopleSoft, ERP System, MasterControl (document control Software) and Salesforce.com (CRM Software).
