We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager to work alongside our mobile team, which is responsible for our iOS and Android applications. We’re looking for an intentional, purpose-driven leader who'll drive the quality of our mobile applications, provide solutions to complex problems, and organize the many stakeholders in the mobile domain.

As the Technical Program Manager at Fullscript you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our mobile release, from coordinating releases across multiple teams to ensuring teams maintain a high level of quality for our mobile application. You act as a bridge between the development of features to delivery to our end users by coordinating amongst engineers, product managers and designers. That's why this role requires excellent communication skills, along with a strong technical background for smoother collaboration across the organization. 

You'll work with the other technical leaders, product leaders, and engineers to solve the problems of a quickly evolving platform with ever-growing demand day in and day out.


What you’ll do:
  • Release Management:
  • Schedule and keep releases on time
  • Develop a framework for communicating release timelines and milestones with maximum transparencyGuide pre-release testing and track blocking issues
  • Ensure a safe & correct testing environment that considers geographic and feature toggle variability
  • Track rollout performance and feature flag states
  • Develop processes that aid teams in spotting risks to releases and improve change awareness across teams
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work with product teams to allocate deliverables to planned releases and track rollout plan
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with mobile stakeholders across the company to balance the need to iterate quickly while shipping safely
  • Maintain Quality:
  • Work with developers to automate elements of our release process
  • Develop a process for preventing regressions in critical paths and evaluating automated test coverage

  • What you bring to the table:
  • Experience working with engineering teams (front and back-end engineers) responsible for the health of a customer-facing application
  • Experience building end-to-end tests
  • Experience working alongside technical leaders 
  • Experience with a mobile technology stack
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
