About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facebook/META Paid Ads Specialist to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing targeted paid social ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive lead generation and conversions in the Dubai holiday homes and real estate market. This role requires a deep understanding of paid advertising strategies and the ability to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase leads and conversions.
  • Targeted Ad Strategy: Develop targeted ad strategies using audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad copy and visuals that align with the brand’s objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA) and provide actionable insights for optimization and improvement.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to ensure high ROAS and efficient use of resources.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Stay current on social media trends, Facebook algorithm changes, and new ad features to maintain best practices.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram paid ad campaigns, preferably within the real estate or hospitality sectors.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads, with experience in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Proven experience managing large ad budgets and delivering measurable results in lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
