Summary:

The Program Manager V will oversee a variety of business-critical projects in the Generative AI space. This role requires operational excellence, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity. The successful candidate will coordinate activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely progress and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of multiple project reviews, monitoring daily progress and resolving any blocking issues.
• Collaborate with requesters and reviewers to clarify requirements and gather necessary information to advance project reviews.
• Manage and track action items and next steps for each project, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing updates, highlights, and addressing any concerns.
• Deliver weekly reports on project status, achievements, and challenges.
• Support multiple Privacy Program Managers, prioritizing tasks based on input from various stakeholders.
• Manage project risks effectively, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation as needed.
  
  
  

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others to accomplish goals.
• Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and web browsers.
• Preferred: Experience with data analysis and running ad hoc queries to manage large-scale projects.
  
  
  

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or similar field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in Privacy, Generative AI, or Risk Management is beneficial but not required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to persuade and empathize with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative project environment.
• Thrives in ambiguous situations and is adept at progressing despite potential blockers or dependencies.
  
  
  

Pay range is $81 - $86 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
