Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team and drive the acquisition of top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners.  As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will work closely with our senior leadership team and business unit leaders to identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners across multiple states, and close deals to bring them into our organization. You will also leverage your industry knowledge and network to identify and target potential clients and build lasting partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and retain top-performing real estate professionals driving $50M in additional total annual production each month. 
  • Partner with business unit leaders and senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns through various channels, including social media, email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Manage the sales process, including conducting presentations, product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners across multiple regions
  • Network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide regular reporting on sales metrics to senior leadership team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving quotas and targets set by the company 
  • Proven track record with product led enterprise sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
