Job description

BA Global Talent is seeking a qualified professional in the role of Amazon Seller Central Specialist. In this position, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and data analysis. Proficiency in related software such as Helium 10 or similar tools is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and maximizing sales.
  • Perform keyword research, product listing optimization, and competitor analysis using tools like Helium 10.
  • Monitor inventory levels, and track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ranking).
  • Develop pricing strategies and execute promotions to improve product visibility and sales.
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities for product listings.
  • Analyze customer reviews and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot account issues, work with Amazon Seller Support, and resolve listing or performance challenges.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central for at least 2+ years.
  • Expertise with Helium 10 or similar Amazon tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, AMZ Tracker).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and product lines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
