Department: Sales

Location: Front Office

Compensation: ₱35,000 - ₱50,000 / month

Description

We are seeking a Business Development Representative with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales, but more importantly, the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers through clear and effective communication. Our experienced team will offer training and support to ensure that you grow and develop a career!

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with any leads from the open house we received from agents.
  • Create open house flyers and help agents with their marketing.
  • Organize brokers open houses with marketing material and food.
  • Organize monthly happy hours using phone calls and technology.
  • Call clients and agents for friendly follow up
  • Appointment setting – intro meetings- lunch and learns, coffee meetings. Appointment calls to known realtors and business partners
  • Send out thank you cards through our system
  • Plan client appreciation events
  • Friend all past and current clients and agents on IG and Facebook
  • Organize database and help with process flow
  • Email different product offerings weekly.
  • Texting referral sources updates
  • Follow up on client reviews
  • Lead tracking and follow up
  • Keep a list of qualified agents who are closing a certain amount of business per month so we always know who we are prospecting
  • Mailings
  • Client and agent birthdays
  • Send out in process loan approval gifts.
  • Phone burner- calling agents
  • Call past database asking for business
  • Communicate with pre-approved and looking buyers weekly.
  • Text to agents weekly to see who they are working with that we can help
  • Database management
  • Monthly mailers
  • Setting up email automation with company provided tools

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the mortgage industry and know the process, speak the mortgage language, how to calculate income, run findings, excellent communication skills and perfect English without a heavy accent.
