Job description

As a Business Development Specialist, You Will

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential markets and clients within the IT outsourcing, IT consulting, and custom software development sectors
  • Conduct in-depth prospecting to build a robust pipeline of potential clients, focusing on companies that could benefit from nearshoring, onshoring, and offshoring services
  • Customize your outreach strategy to address the unique needs of each prospect, effectively communicating the value of our IT services
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging to introduce our services and establish initial relationships
  • Work closely with the Business Development Managers to refine outreach strategies and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales
  • Establish and nurture initial client relationships, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team
  • Regularly report on prospecting activities, lead generation progress, and KPI achievements to help refine business development strategies

Qualifications
