Job description

HTC Global is looking for a strong Pre-Sales Lead for our Cloud and Infrastructure practice - working with clients primarily on the East Coast.

Job Description:

  • Sales Leadership & Anchoring:
  • Strategize, plan and drive Sales specializing in Cloud & Infrastructure solutions - focusing on areas like compute, storage, networking, security, data management, automation etc, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid cloud environments. Drive pipeline building & Sales both independently and in collaboration with Vertical & Practice Sales teams. Demonstrate expertise in deal identification & relevant constructs driving conversion.
  • Revenue Growth & Realization:
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by selling Cloud & Infrastructure services within existing customers and net new prospects. Demonstrate track record of meeting & exceeding Sales targets (Revenue & Margin) - within existing & new customer segments - across a range of offerings, engagement models & deal sizes.
  • Industry & Market Expertise:
  • Analyze market trends and competition within the Cloud & Infrastructure landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies for solutions like AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud platforms.
  • Client Focus & Connect:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer experience in Cloud & Infrastructure initiatives - both traditional & transformational.
  • Capability & Team Development:
  • Actively upskill Practice team with experts and expertise and guide upgrading the services capabilities and product accelerators in alignment with the Sales pipeline to support deal conversion, customer value & revenue growth. Aptitude & attitude to step in and guide the team where needed.
  • Partner & Analyst ecosystem:
  • build the engagement with industry analysts and product partners, enhance partnership cred and develop the ecosystem as a means to constantly validate/improve the positioning and as a lead gen channel.

General:

  • Strong communication, Executive presence, Relevant experience in target market, Credible references.
