Job Overview

In this pivotal remote role, you will manage therapy requests, advocate for members, and facilitate seamless case resolutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the management of both new and ongoing therapy requests.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of member treatment needs, collaborating closely with healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies to prioritize care.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and therapy updates.
  • Regularly monitor therapy plans and evaluate progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Balance multiple responsibilities, including case management and maintaining both inbound and outbound communication, while delivering exceptional service.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on care coordination or member advocacy.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, particularly in healthcare case management; experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for quickly learning and articulating program benefits.
  • A high level of attention to detail and reliability in responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Availability for full-time hours between 6 am PT - 5 pm PT (9 am ET - 8 pm ET).
  • Willingness to travel for a one-week onsite training program.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills are desirable.
