Description

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a motivated Environmental Engineer Intern to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside Regulatory Specialists on various projects within the Global Environmental Regulatory team.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do

Conduct general environmental technical work within a corporate environmental framework.
Collaborate with Regulatory Specialists, interacting periodically with Governmental Regulators and Remote Plant Personnel.
Utilize Corteva Emission Models to perform chemical engineering calculations for environmental permitting.
Assist in maintaining environmental databases by coordinating with corporate and business contacts.
Update environmental regulatory procedures through occasional interactions with business personnel.

Qualifications

Qualifications - What You'll Bring:

Minimum GPA of 3.0
Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must be enrolled in classes the semester following their internship with Corteva.
Must be able to relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the duration of the internship.
Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 10-12 weeks during the timeframe of internship (typically May to August).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong technical writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Limited potential for domestic travel, varying with assignments.
