What We Are Looking For

The Supervisor of Education Services instructs, monitors, mentors and leads the Software Training Specialists in the delivery of all KeyStone training processes to Corelation clients both pre and post conversion. Works closely with the Education Services manager to establish and meet annual goals. Responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Education team. This role interfaces with internal and external key decision-makers across Conversion Services, Client Services, Project Management and Development, with Vendors and Consultant partners, as well as with the converting Credit Unions. Proficiency in the Lead STS position, or equivalent experience, is a requirement.

 

Education Team Support:
  • Work with Education Manager to set goals and direction for Education Services. Coach and motivate education department employees to meet or exceed both team and personal goals.
  • Assist Manager in hiring process and training plan development for new Software Training Specialists. Offer ideas to improve onboarding or to enhance the team’s technical skills.
  • Assist Manager with mentoring and developing staff. Meet regularly for one-on-one check-ins with each staff member. Ensure high quality and timely quarterly coaching sessions and annual performance evaluations are conducted.
  • Provide support and technical direction on KeyStone to Education team. Hold recurring training with staff to ensure current      processes are being followed.
Client Support:
  • Remain knowledgeable about KeyStone products and services at a high level. Stay on top of enhancements and maintain a      relevant understanding of the product and services provided to our clients to assist employees/clients with escalated issues.
  • Oversee scheduling, travel and delivery of training courses to clients both pre and post conversion. Review proposed project plan dates and identify potential conflicts. Work with manager to create annual client training calendar.
  • Ability and willingness to assist, offer guidance, and complete an ongoing project, ensuring deadlines are not missed or extended when possible.
  • Keep abreast of supporting documentation on Confluence to provide guidance and direction to clients for self-learning.
Documentation:
  • Update and determine gaps in curriculum materials such as Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides, and KeyReviews. Regularly contribute new ideas to improve student learning. 
  • Author, coordinate and support Education Services documentation initiatives on Confluence, according to team needs and goals.
Other Duties:
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Project Management, Implementation Services, Core Services, Cards and Development to ensure cooperation and coordination for each project as well as maintaining cross-team processes.
  • Meet annual goals/ objectives as outlined by the Director of Conversion Services. Monitor monthly expenses including overtime and non-billable travel for budget.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements

Experience 

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • At least two years of experience leading teams.
  • Significant experience in leading end-user training departments.
Education 
(1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
         
Interpersonal Skills
