Trade Sales Consultants with Pella Corporation are responsible for:

  • Building the Pella brand within the trade industry as their premier choice for window and door solutions.
  • Consistently achieving individual sales goals through our selling model throughout all Pella product offerings.
  • Providing well-rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations.
  • Proactively originating new customer relationships through networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings.
  • Helping customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for their ongoing needs.
  • Continually striving for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.

Compensation Information:

  • Commission based position –
  • Starting Salary - $50,000 annual salary and $2,000 monthly guaranteed commission for the first 12 months.
  • After the guaranteed period, base salary will be performance driven with commission plan, with a commission scale from 0-5.6%. Eligible for a monthly bonus based upon monthly bookings quota attainment.
