Senior Oracle Applications Systems Analyst - Advanced Supply Chain Planning

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive supply chain excellence? This role involves supporting and enhancing Oracle R12 Applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various supply chain and planning modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and Troubleshoot: Provide operational support for Oracle R12 Applications. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve system and data issues, delivering timely solutions or workarounds.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements for new reports, interfaces, customizations, extensions, and workflows (RICEW).
• Documentation: Translate functional client requirements into detailed functional specifications and maintain thorough documentation.
• Testing: Develop test scripts and conduct testing to ensure new developments meet customer needs without affecting system integrity.
• Data Integrity: Maintain high standards for data quality, integrity, and compliance with global privacy regulations. Run queries and analyze data to ensure accuracy.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a go-to expert for Supply Chain Planning applications, helping to drive best practices and process improvements.
• Configuration: Perform Oracle configurations and functional module setups for R12 EBS.
• Process Improvement: Support business process reengineering by deploying Oracle ERP system best practices.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of functional experience with Oracle R12 and 3 years in business analysis within an application development setting.
• Skills: Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, and experience with Oracle EBS RICEW troubleshooting.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  

Preferred, But Not Required

• Experience with Oracle R12 Bill of Material, Rapid Planning, or Oracle Demantra.
  
  

Working Conditions

This role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks such as opening file cabinets and reaching with hands and arms is required. Compliance with all necessary safety and security protocols is essential.
