We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Planner II to join our remote-first team. In this pivotal role, you will harness your supply chain expertise to optimize processes and drive exceptional value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring comprehensive customer satisfaction with our planning solutions.
Formulate and execute customized improvement strategies for small to medium-sized clients, aligning their supply chain objectives with industry best practices.
Conduct in-depth analyses of customer data to pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction, inventory optimization, and enhanced service levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions and present insightful analyses to customer executives.
Provide training and mentorship by conducting sessions that enhance new customers’ ability to utilize our planning software effectively.
Stay abreast of industry advancements and contribute to the formulation of new best practices.

Required Skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong grasp of planning processes and tools.
Proficient in analyzing complex data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication skills capable of forging strong relationships with clients and conveying technical information clearly.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and analytical mindset to tackle supply chain challenges.
Project management skills that enable the prioritization of tasks and the management of multiple projects to meet deadlines.
