About The Role

The Senior Account Manager, ABM role is part of the Programmatic & Media (P&M) team in Media.Monks’, Performance.Monks unit. The P&M team is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of programmatic campaigns ranging from direct buys with online publishers to Audio to Streaming TV and more. This specialist will be an expert in all things ABM including advising platform strategy for and operating active media in 6Sense, Demandbase, and others. The P&M team is the fastest growing team at Performance.Monks and presents an opportunity to interface directly with a range of advertisers, work cross functionally with other media channels, and help build exciting new offerings.

Responsibilities


  • Serve as the client-facing ABM lead on account teams (usually comprised of an Account Lead, and other Channel Leads representing search, social, and programmatic)
  • Ownership and autonomy to develop strong ABM strategies across audience types, platforms, and goals based on client business needs
  • Set-up & launch of ABM campaigns working across a variety of platforms, with an emphasis on 6Sense
  • Oversee the RFP, launch, and post campaign stages from trafficking and site tagging to wrap reporting
  • Monitor in-flight campaign pacing, budgets, optimizations, and results
  • Troubleshoot trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation & escalating to 3rd party vendors
  • Create reports and provide data-driven recommendations that support optimizing campaigns towards client’s desired KPIs
  • Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics to share with account lead and client contact
  • Provide subject matter expertise on executing programmatic media campaigns across different programmatic platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and impactful
  • Advise on new strategies, platform capabilities, and ways to integrate ABM into broader media plans including channels like search, social, and programmatic


About You


  • 3+ years of experience in ABM management
    • Hands-on experience with activating media in 6Sense required. Demandbase is a plus.
    • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an information technology and software, healthcare, professional services, and telecommunications industries
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience working with or familiarity of DCM
  • Familiarity or experience with programmatic media including display, CTV, audio, etc. considered a plus
  • Experience presenting media performance and strategy in a client-facing scenario
  • Passion for building stories out of data, understanding the numbers, and finding opportunities for performance
