Position Only Available to Residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona.

We are looking for a Lead Client Account Manager to join our team! Please see below for more information:

As a successful Lead Client Account Manager, you’ll be
  • Helping business owners work Anywhere.

  • Lowering your carbon footprint by commuting less.

  • Modeling a better work-life balance.

  • Enriching your community through paid volunteering time, up to 16 hours annually.

  • Directing, motivating and supervising a team of Client Account Managers

  • Developing success plans and offering constructive feedback to help your team achieve their career goals.

  • Possibly working evening hours and at least one weekend day, pitching in extra or odd hours during busy spikes.

  • Classified as “nonexempt” and reporting to an assigned Leader.

  • Satisfactorily completing an 8-week Learning and Development Phase.

  • Spending 150 minutes per week learning in our online university AdaptiveU.

  • Consistently maintaining all required performance expectations.

  • Camera-ready for Teleport meetings whenever you are clocked in and working.

  • Living Anywhere best practices, like working at a desk/chair in a distraction-free work station with proper lighting.

You are
  • A people-person with outstanding speaking and listening skills.

  • Passionate about customer service.

  • Highly organized and able to accurately document all interactions and activities on a client's account.

  • Self-directed. You can operate independently, giving assistance to staff and customers (Leadership experience is highly preferred).

  • Discreet. You can keep all company and customer information confidential.

  • Reliable. You can regularly commit to working your 40-hour weekly schedule, as it is an essential function of your role.

  • Able to work at a computer for your entire scheduled shift.
