Job description

Kramp, a leader in the agricultural market for parts and e-commerce innovations, is seeking an People Manager Technology to lead our software engineering teams to new heights.

We are evolving our in-house e-commerce platform which powers multiple of our digital sales channels and webshops. Serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year. The core platform is stable and allows us to focus our attention on new product development. 

As the People Manager Technology, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of Kramp and our software engineers. With your passion for facilitating, coaching and empowering engineers you make sure the teams are performing at their best. You will be reporting to the Director Software Engineering and  together ensure that the teams are well-equipped to facilitate growth. You will be part of a management team consisting of two other Technology Managers and the Manager Product Way of Working who is responsible for the Agile coaches.

Things that will keep you busy if you join our team as a People Manager Technology:

  • Lead and manage a group of 35/40 Software Engineers, ensuring they are performing at their best and meeting their goals.

  • Work closely with the Product Owners to jointly ensure the teams are delivering the expected quality.

  • Ensure the happiness and satisfaction of the engineers and provide opportunities for them to switch teams if desired.

  • Responsible for the employee net promoter score (NPS), team health, retention rate, and personal development of people.

  • Liaise with Agile Coaches & HR Team to equip teams for growth and company expansion. 

  • Oversee capacity planning and coordinate the performance cycle of the employees.

  • Spearhead growth framework implementation and communicate management team initiatives and strategy organization-wide.
