Marketing Intern- B2B Fintech

Job Type: Internship

Hours: 20-40 hours per week/ flexible, able to work during Pacific Time business hours

Pay Scale: $20.00- $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Location: Remote digital office (work from home), must be U.S. based

Position Summary:

Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams at Bainbridge and be an integral part of outbound client communication, relationship building, blog posts, white papers, proposal development and campaign management for B2B sales. Use your technical and creative marketing skills and interests to support a variety of company-wide marketing initiatives. Gain invaluable realtime professional experience as you contribute to B2B omni-channel marketing strategy, campaign development and brand awareness.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support HubSpot CRM database maintenance and growth
  • Learn to evaluate email health and policy (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc)
  • Participate with completion of SEO assignments 
  • Conduct research on key competitors and industry trends and assist in effectively positioning the company's approach and services
  • Assist with the execution of outbound marketing campaigns (phone, print, online, and email) and coordinates with internal sales and associate teams to monitor campaign performance  
  • Assist in the preparation with associate team for the lead conversion process
  • Assist with creating content for social media, blogs, and white papers
  • Collaborate with team to create and launch social media campaigns on LinkedIn

Qualifications:

  • Completion of or currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRMs and workflow software such as: HubSpot, Workato, Zapier, etc.
  • Proficient with Powerpoint, Excel and Word  
  • Fair knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
  • SEO tools such as Moz or Semrush
  • Strong written, verbal and listening skills 
  • Experience working in a professional services industry 
  • Enjoys collaborating with team as well as working independently and remotely
  • Eager to learn and contribute to company initiatives
  • Able to work during Pacific Time business hours
